Nentwich 7th in State

Congrats to Reagan Nentwich on her 7th-place finish this past weekend at the UIL 6A State Swimming Championship in the 100 yard butterfly. She went into the meet seeded 8th and was able to move up one spot over the two-day meet. She also improved on her 12th place finish from last year at this same meet.

Boys Win in Play Offs

The Clark varsity boys basketball team won their round 1 playoff game against
South San on Monday night. Defense was the key as the Cougars beat South San 52
– 41. Thanks to all the fans who came to cheer them on. Their next game is
against Reagan, and will take place either Thursday or Friday.

Boys Hoops in Play Offs

The Cougars beat Brandeis 58-47 to earn a spot in the District 27-6A play offs. Senior Jordan Kite had a game high 20 points. Before this game, Clark, Brandeis, Taft, and Warren were in a four way tie for second place. Only three teams could make it to the play offs.

BBall Girls Win First Round

Tight Race for District in BBall

Hoops2-15

The Clark varsity boys basketball team defeated Stevens Friday night, 57 – 51.
They are now in a 4 way tie for second place with Brandeis, Taft and Warren.
Marshall is only 1 game behind. There is one district game remaining – they
play Brandeis Tuesday February 17, 6:30 at Paul Taylor. Please come out and
support them!

Girls Hoops Prepares for Play Offs

The Lady Coogs hit the road beginning Monday 2/16/15 to play CC Carroll HS at 7:00pm at the  Victoria
Student Event Center. The ladies had an awesome season with a 27-5 season and a
9-4 in district games. Lady Coogs are currently ranked 9th in the city by
Express and News. Best of Luck Ladies!
