Clark Soccer - where even the defense scores

The 27-5A District Champion Clark boys soccer team ended the regular season with a second half explosion, beating O’Connor 4-0 on Tuesday night. San Antonio high schools assists leader Oscar Barboza was the go-to-guy in this one with 2 goals, team scoring leader Johnny Lawson added another and defender Abdi Mahdi moved up field for another.

Their second consecutive district championship already secured a few games ago, the Cougars are busy warming up for the first round of the playoffs. Action begins on Monday evening against South San at 7:30 at Farris Stadium.
