The Clark Cougar Cross Country team headed to Brooks City Base on Saturday for the NEISD meet. Congrats to the Varsity boys for finishing 7th out of 29 schools, only a few points behind O’Connor for the 3 mile course! The team was led by David Scorcelletti, 16:55 and Jose Sierra, 17:05, followed by James Leopold, 17:43, Austin Wells, 17:50, Ryan Pavlich, 17:52, John Bodkin, 18:47 and Devon Gonzales, 18:48.
With the first meet of the season canceled by weather (curiously), Coach Ager and the Clark Cougar Varsity team invited the Warren Warriors over to familiar ground – the Clark cross country course.
